St. Matthew's Book Club will meet on Saturday, May 17th, at 11:00 a.m. in the church library to discuss The Soloist, by Steve Lopez. This book has just been published and tells the story of a homeless man in L.A. discovered by and "redeemed" through the efforts of Steve Lopez, a reporter for the L.A. Times. Vacation Bible School is just around the corner. The Friendship Trek will take an amazing journey through the Bible to meet Jesus, our Forever Friend. Our Friendship Trek will meet July 14 - 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration forms are in the Parish Hall. Volunteers are needed. Inquirer's Class is beginning an eight week session starting this Sunday, May 18th. Classes will be held in the Library starting at 9:25 a.m.
